"FreshMinds" is a collaborative space organized by Innovation of Public Services and Digital Transformation of Governance (INNPULSE) project of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC).
Our cornerstone activity is a series of virtual academic seminars where early-career researchers present their pioneering work, and the perspectives of policy experts and public sector practitioners complement their insights.
