PTTMAM is provided for free on code.europa.eu.
Requirements
To run PTTMAM, you need Vensim® DSS, which is a commercial software available from Ventana Systems Inc. Microsoft Excel® is also required. Vensim® DSS and Microsoft Excel® are not provided with PTTMAM and may be obtained from authorised vendors separately.
