Stability of polymeric micelles in serum

Polymeric micelles are favourable excipients in the formulation of hydrophobic drugs for intravenous administration. However, the parameters that determine the stability of the micelles in the circulation are not known and have not been systematically investigated. For this reason the group will investigate the Field Flow Fractionation as a possible technique to predict the stability of polymeric micelles in the blood.
