It is attended by policymakers, scientists, experts and representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organisations. SOFAIR gathers the most important stakeholders in the common efforts to solve air pollution in Europe and is organised in partnership with the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) and with the support of EUROCITIES.JRC's Deputy Director General Charlina Vitcheva will chair the session on "Profiling Air Pollution, the Experts' take", aiming at characterising the specific profile of air pollution in European cities, considering varying types of geography and economic activities.
