Sustainable and qualitative Olive oil production - Italy

The innovation camp organised by the Province of Ragusa will focus on the socio-economically and environmentally sustainable production of olive oil. The focus will lie on the reinforcement of the Mediterranean network in this sector.
The goal of this event is also to raise awareness among consumers of the health benefits of qualitative olive oil. Synergies between scientific research and olive oil producers will be pursued to this effect.
