This webinar replaces the Farm Advisory System (FAS) Workshop 2020 which was originally planned to be held in Budapest on 17 and 18 March 2020, and cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.The objective of the webinar is to have open and constructive exchanges about the current implementation of the Farm Advisory System in the Member States. Farm advice should play an important role in the next CAP after 2020 and it is interesting to take stock of the situation after the evolution of the FAS since 2007 and before the implementation of the reform.Date and venueThe webinar will be held on 21 October 2020. AgendaIn the morning of 21 October 2020 there will be presentations by delegates from Ministries of Agriculture of the Member States, European Commission and FAS experts.In the afternoon, discussions on specific FAS issues will give all participants the opportunity to share their experience on FAS implementation. A list of topics and questions will be sent to registered participants before the webinar so that participants can be prepared.The language in the webinar will be English.
