The REMO (Regional Economic Monitoring) pillar of the TEDAM team focuses on the mapping, monitoring, and analysis of key regional and micro-level data.
The aim is to assess EU policies with a comprehensive view of the EU regions, studying the policy impact on the specific territorial ecosystems along dimensions like competitiveness, innovation, inclusion, and education.
The NUTS 2 regional data managed under REMO are related to those of the Eurostat regional catalogue and to EU policies such as Cohesion policy and Horizon Europe.
In terms of micro-level data, the main datasets of interest for the REMO activities are the LFS, the EU-SILC, and the CIS.
