Insect pollinators are under threat.

In the EU, the abundance and diversity of wild pollinators have declined, with over 40% of insect species at risk of extinction.

In June 2018, the Commission adopted the first-ever EU initiative for tackling the decline of wild pollinators, including engaging citizens towards their conservation.

We are launching a Call for Recruitment for practitioners and experts in citizen engagement who will carry out participatory and material deliberation activities with farmers and citizens in four EU Member States (Belgium, Italy, Poland and Romania).
