Root cause analysis and event investigation training

This training aims to provide and enhance theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and capabilities and competences in investigating and analysing events at nuclear installations.

Participants will become familiar with root cause analysis (RCA) methods and tools frequently used in nuclear events investigation. After completing the course, participants should be able to participate in event investigations and evaluate event analysis reports.
