About DigComp

The European Digital Competence Framework, also known as DigComp, offers a tool to improve citizens' digital competence. Today, being digitally competent means that people need to have competences in all areas of DigComp.

  • "Test your digital skills" offers an online tool for citizens. For jobseekers, the Europass CV allows including a description of digital skills in the CV.
  • For policymakers, an EU-wide Digital Skills Indicator can be beneficial to understand where citizens stand for digital competence at the country level.
