DigComp 3.0 framework in PDF, editable, presentations, spreadsheet and structured data formats, and with guidelines on using, adapting and re-publishing them.

Important: Please review the guidance and instructions below if you wish to adapt, translate, and/or publish all or parts of the published DigComp materials.

  • The published DigComp materials can be re-used – meaning copied, redistributed in any format, adapted, translated, combined or transformed. The European Commission is not liable for any consequences stemming from the reuse.
