The bioeconomy in the European Union in numbers - Facts and figures on biomass, turnover and employment

The fact sheet presents J4 estimations for the quantity of biomass and residues used in the EU as well as the turnover generated by the EU bio-economy and the number of persons it employs. These estimations are mainly based on Eurostat data compiled, harmonized and transformed in the DataM tool.
