Development of parahydrophobic surfaces for water harvesting

The aim of this project is to develop new materials to be used as collectors for water harvesting systems. In order to identify the best parameters of the surface structures, they combine two techniques: the photolithography to obtain micro-patterned surfaces; and the templateless electropolymerization to deposit arrays of nanotubes on these surfaces.
