The JRC in Petten organises this annual training course, providing or enhancing theoretical knowledge and practical skills in investigating and analysing unusual events at nuclear installations.
The participants will become familiar with the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods and tools frequently used in nuclear events investigation. After completing the course, they should be able to conduct event investigations and prepare or evaluate event analysis reports.
The event is primarily addressed to the European Clearinghouse members but is also open to all interested participants with a relevant background, depending on availability.
