The 37th edition of the European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (EU PVSEC) goes online and will open its virtual doors from Monday 7 to Friday 11 September 2020.
Live presentations, virtual showrooms and interactive discussions
The EU PVSEC 2020 sets new standards for online-events in the global PV sector. Around 1,000 plenary and oral presentations will be streamed via live feed through a sophisticated platform. Two chairpersons will moderate the sessions, while the audience can interact via face to face tools and Q&A chats. Up to 30 exhibitors will display their new products and technological highlights in virtual showrooms. An additional streaming room will be dedicated to Industry presentations and discussions. Even the poster presenters can communicate face to face and with a live Q&A chat.
The sessions provide deep insights into PV technologies and applications, from new solar cell architectures and perovskites to floating PV. Further topics include energy storage, BOS components and recycling. To reflect the rapid increase and the outstanding perspectives of the PV market, EU PVSEC 2020 extends its focus to applied and policy-orientated topics.
